Theme: “The testimony of the Christian in a perverse world
Text: 1 Timothy 1:15-16

15. It is a sure word, and entirely worthy to be received, that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the first. 16. But I have obtained mercy, that Jesus Christ might first show in me all his long-suffering, that I might be an example unto them that should believe on him unto eternal life.

Let's remember:

Paul was an apostle of Jesus Christ, by order of God our Savior and of Jesus Christ our hope. He wrote this letter to Timothy, his legitimate child in faith. He gave him a poignant testimony concerning the mission of Jesus Christ. He forbade him to teach neither pagan doctrines, nor fables, nor endless genealogies, which produce discussions rather than advance the work of God in faith. Paul's testimony was that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, of whom he was the first. His testimony is the culmination of the Christian faith. The main message of God in his Word (Bible) is that God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. This testimony is the main message of evangelization. All Christian schools, Christian institutes and seminaries only teach this same testimony. Schools of evangelization only teach this testimony. The evangelization course is summarized in this Creed: “Humans are evil, sinful, incapable of saving themselves, they must recognize their sins and repent of them, they must accept Jesus Christ as Lord and personal Savior and surrender the controls of his life to Him, he must be baptized with water and the Spirit, he must go and save others, he patiently waits for eternal life.” It is exactly this testimony that the apostle Paul gave. Have a great Sunday. Amen
