Theme : " You will love your neighbor as yourself "
Text : Acts 10: 34-35
34. Then Peter opened his mouth and said: Verily I know that God is no respect for persons, 35. But in every nation he who fears him and does righteousness pleases him.
Let us remember :
The human gaze, full of carnal considerations, sorts out according to criteria that reject love. Racism, sectarianism, sexism, egocentricity, intolerance, jealousy… are proof that man does not love his neighbor. It is also the proof that the human only follows the interests to the detriment of the love of the neighbor. However, God is no respect for anyone. For God, everyone is on an equal footing. Our sizes, races, social situations and other criteria of choice are excluded in the divine gaze. Unfortunately, humans only rely on sensory criteria to make choices. Love has no place in men's choices; on the contrary, one proceeds by discriminations, profiling, unpaired concessions which nullify the law of the love of the neighbor. Let us not exclude some under fallacious pretexts to favor others out of favoritism. Love each other alive. Excellent Tuesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
