Theme : " To be a prosperous family " Text : Ephesians 4: 25-32
25. Therefore, forsake falsehood, and let each one of you speak the truth to his neighbor; because we are members of each other. 26. If you are angry, do not sin; may the sun not set on your anger, 27. and give no access to the devil. 28. Let him who stole steal no more; but rather that he works, doing what is good with his hands, in order to have something to give to those in need. 29. Let no evil word come out of your mouth, but, if necessary, some good word, which will serve for edification and impart grace to those who hear it. 30. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31. Let all bitterness, animosity, anger, clamor, slander, and wickedness perish from among you. 32. Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, as God has forgiven you in Christ.
Let us remember :
A prosperous family is a family that brings together the strengths and energies to nurture the fear of God. It is a family that devotes itself to sanctification. It fights against all forms of sin by closing its front doors. A prosperous family struggles for its unity and it preserves it unceremoniously. It is a family that watches over all possible intrusions of evil into its circle. We speak in all frankness without excess of language and without hypocrisy. God loves all families but He takes pleasure in families who sanctify themselves and come to Him, the depositary of life and salvation. Being members of one another, let us close the door to anger, to lies, to slander, to wickedness ... Let us not grieve the Holy Spirit; we always forgive ourselves. Do not give access to the devil.
