Theme: “Living in the light”
Text: John 9:4
4. I must do the works of him who sent me while it is day; the night comes, when no one can work.
Let's remember:
Day is synonymous with glow, light, luminosity. Its opposite is black, night, obscurity. While walking during the day, there is no need to use an artificial lamp. There is a natural light called “the sun” that shines and lights the path. But when you go to a dark place like a closed room with a closed window, there will be darkness and this will require artificial light. To work, you need to see your environment clearly. To walk without flinching, we need light to better see the route. Without light, we stagger and lose our balance, we cannot move at the right pace we want.It is dangerous to go to work in the darkness at the risk of being swallowed up by it. We must work in the light for a better result. It is in the light that we do God's work better because God is light. We must always desire to live in the light to be in perpetual communion with God. Living in the light by doing the works of him who sent us means living in sanctification, preaching the Word of God, loving our neighbor... The day is the time we are alive, the time of validity, the time when God inspires us to take initiatives. Night can be death, disability, spiritual emptiness... Let us take advantage of the day to do God's work. Excellent Tuesday. Amen
