Theme : " In the arms of the Father "
Text : John 14: 8-10
8. Philip said to him, Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us. 9. Jesus saith unto him, It is so long since I have been with you, and thou hast not known me, Philip! He who has seen me has seen the Father; how do you say: show us the Father? 10. Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words that I say to you, I do not say them of myself; and the Father who abides in me, it is he who does works.
Let us remember :
He who remains in the arms of God the Father is he who receives him in his heart. Such a person never seeks God elsewhere because God sits in his heart. God the Father and God the Son are one, he who sees one also sees the other. At the end of a few years of walking with God like Philippe, we must be fairly reassured, our life is carried by him in his arms of love. This is why, filled with the Holy Spirit, the Christian can no longer have retrograde attitudes, he can no longer behave alone. It is now God who carries him in his arms. Divine revelation is one of the strongest assets available to every Christian who is in the arms of the Father. God reveals himself to him clearly and unambiguously. Let us desire to live in the arms of our God to enjoy the wonders of his love, his grace and his inexhaustible blessings. Excellent Wednesday in the arms of the Lord. Amen Alain Louz.-
