Have no fear

Tuesday 24 August 2021

Theme : " Have no fear " Text : Numbers 21: 32-35

32. Moses sent to recognize Jaezer; and they took the towns within it, and drove out the Amorites who were there. 33. Then they changed direction, and went up the way to Bashan. Og king of Bashan went out to meet them and all his people to fight them in Edrei. 34. The LORD said to Moses, Fear him not; for I have delivered him into your hand, he and all his people, and his land; treat him as you did Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon. 35. And they smote him, and his sons, and all his people, and let no one escape, and they took possession of his land.

Let us remember :

We face several fights and each of them is a challenge. Each challenge differs from the others but God is the One who intervenes in each of our struggles to make us triumph. The wonder is not to triumph but it is to have a God who takes charge of our struggles. It turns out that every challenge that is under divine control triumphs in advance. It is an assurance that nothing and no one could tear us away. Let us not give in to the lies of the enemy who frightens us by showing us our weaknesses and the possibility of failure. In God, we conquer the explored territories and we will own them. The activities envisaged, the projects, the spiritual gifts, the engagement in progress, the professional internships… will be confirmed and will become our possession because God will offer them to us. It is our God who leads the battles, let us have no fear because Yahweh always ensures. Excellent Tuesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
