Theme: "God upholds the righteous."
Text: Proverbs 11:8-10
8. The righteous is delivered from distress, And the wicked takes his place. 9. The wicked destroys his neighbor with his own mouth, But the righteous are delivered by knowledge. 10. When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; And when the wicked perish, there is joy.
Let us remember:
Life sometimes has aspects that are contrary to good morals. The wicked always take the luxury of passing themselves off as honest citizens, when those who know them truly understand their dubious morality. Let those who fight bad morals not regret it, for their choice is the right one. It is better to be among the righteous, even if being righteous these days has become an object of ridicule. God watches over us and has a word to say when misfortune strikes. In times of danger, God delivers the righteous. The righteous are delivered from distress, and the wicked take their place. The wicked replace them in trouble when the righteous escape well through God's help. God always comes to the aid of the righteous. Upstream, God speaks to the heart of the wicked so that they abandon their evil ways. He provides the wicked with an honorable way out to help them leave the crooked path. If they do not repent, in times of distress, God leaves them in their troubles, to make them understand that there is a God who saves. The righteous guards their tongue from evil and turns it seven times before uttering a sentence. As for the wicked man, all his friends abandon him because of his violent words devoid of common sense. A city where there are more righteous people is a city that is joyful. There is cohesion, charity, peace, a smile on every face. Even when the person isn't rich, they remain cheerful. Have a great Wednesday. Amen.
