Theme: “Being in Abundant Love” Text: Psalms 119:125-128
125. I am your servant: give me understanding, That I may know your precepts! 126. It is time for the Lord to act: They transgress your law. 127. Therefore I love your commandments, More than gold and fine gold; 128. This is why I find all your ordinances just, I hate every way of lying.
Let's remember:
To be in abundant love is to turn away from the lot of the wicked; except when it is necessary to go and preach the gospel of salvation to them. One who dwells in abundant love takes time to seek God through prayers. He intercedes to keep his relationship with God warm and uninterrupted. He who is in abundant love devotes himself to possessing intelligence in order to better know the precepts of God. He loves the commandments of God and practices them at all times. Putting these commandments into practice becomes a major concern; He attaches himself to it and fights to achieve this end. To be in abundant love is to hold the Word of God in your heart so as not to sin against God. If we want to be in abundant love, we must love the commandments of God more than gold, more than fine gold. Nothing should preoccupy our hearts more than the commandment of God. Wealth, sordid gains, professional promotions, responsibilities in the church and in the family, in short, nothing must take volume in our hearts except the commandment of God. We come to obedience to God; the primary and immutable concern that nothing should replace. Hate the perverse ways. Excellent Wednesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
