Theme: "Living in sincere love"
Text: Romans 12: 9-10
9. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling firmly to what is good. 10. In brotherly love, be affectionate to one another; in honor, be considerate of one another.
Let us remember:
Sincere love can be defined as a true, deep feeling of affection, respect and commitment to someone. It is an authentic love that does not seek to possess or control the other, but seeks to elevate and support them. It is therefore a disinterested love that expects nothing in return. The perfect example of sincere love is that shown by Jesus by offering himself up to death on the cross, for the sins of which he is not the author. We must live in sincere love, a love without hidden facets. Sincere love is without hypocrisy. The hypocrite hides his character or his true intentions, and he displays what is contrary and which could please. Hypocritical love consists in pretending by giving a false appearance. Let us not be hypocrites so that others are not also hypocrites towards us. If we live in hypocrisy, we destroy human relationships but also the relationship with God. Let us abhor evil and attach ourselves strongly to good. Let us be rigorous in the management of our feelings and especially in the management of love. Out of brotherly love, let us be full of affection for one another. We must wish well-being or happiness to our neighbor, and if possible participate in achieving it. May evil be dissolved from among us so that love may take a good flight. Let us destroy hatred and hypocrisy in order to value sincere love. Excellent Monday. Amen
