Divine Wisdom

Wednesday April 17, 2024

Theme: “Divine Wisdom

Text: Proverbs 16:21-23

21. He who is wise in heart is called intelligent, and gentleness of lips increases knowledge. 22. Wisdom is a source of life for the one who possesses it; And the punishment of fools is their folly. 23. He who is wise in heart manifests wisdom through his mouth, and the increase of his knowledge appears on his lips.

Let's remember:

The divine wisdom that we externalize through our mouths comes from the heart. The seat of divine wisdom remains the heart. When the heart is filled with any kind of wickedness or other foolish aspirations, it will never be possible to overflow with divine wisdom; unless we get rid of these obstacles. To better take care of divine wisdom, let us first take care of our heart in order to secure its shelter. Let us not forget that wisdom is divine and therefore pious and healthy. Now everything that is of God must be preserved from defilement. Divine wisdom is deposited in the heart and from there it goes to the mouth to be served to the audience. He who is wise in heart is called intelligent. When it is expressed gently, it has a greater positive impact. Divine wisdom is a source of life for the one who possesses it. He spent happy days under her guidance. It is Jesus who grants us his Spirit and he endows us with his divine wisdom as it is written in Isaiah 11: "1. Then a branch will come out of the trunk of Jesse, and a shoot will be born from his roots. 2. The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him: the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. He who is wise in heart manifests wisdom through his mouth, and the increase of his knowledge appears on his lips. Have a great Wednesday. Amen
