Theme : " The Triumphal Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem "
Text : Isaiah 62:10-12
10. Go through, go through the doors! Prepare a way for the people! Clear, clear the road, remove the stones! Raise a banner to the peoples! 11. This is what the LORD proclaims to the ends of the earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, Behold, your Savior is coming; Behold, the wages are with him, And the rewards go before him. 12. They shall be called holy people, redeemed of the Lord; And you, we'll call you wanted, city not neglected.
Let's remember:
Let the city of Jerusalem clear a way for the new people; it is for her that Jesus Christ the savior comes. Jerusalem can count on the oath of the Lord never again to be enslaved to her enemies. Where the Lord will pass, there should be no stones or other obstacles in his way. Even those who have the good intention of doing good to Jesus to save him from death, as Pontius Pilate did, this is a stone that must be removed from Jesus' path. Salvation comes first to Jerusalem so that it will no longer be the abandoned city. This is why the city itself removes the obstacles which strewn the passage of Jesus. It's time to raise a banner so that all the people see it and come to salvation. Jesus himself represents a great banner since he will be raised on the wood of the cross. Let the daughter of Zion know, her savior is coming. He comes with the wages to reward the work of his hands. Now is the time for our redemption.
