Theme : " Preparing for the coming of the Lord " Text : Jeremiah 31: 31-34

31. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, 32. Not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day that I made them. seized by the hand To bring them out of the land of Egypt, a covenant which they have broken, though I was their master, saith the Lord. 33. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put my law in them, and I will write it in their hearts; And I will be their God, and they will be my people. 34. This one will teach no more his neighbor, nor that one his brother, saying, Know the LORD! For all will know me, from the smallest to the greatest, saith the Lord; For I will forgive their iniquity, and remember their sin no more.

Let us remember:

The time is no longer for distraction; each child of God must fill his lamp with oil so that the night does not surprise us. The Lord will come and take the Church, the body of Christ, which he has prepared for salvation. Let's clean our clothes! Let us get out of the pleasures of this world which prevent us from keeping the holiness of God. The old covenant suffered from several sprains due to the hardness of our hearts. Our lack of fidelity to the God who brought us out of Egyptian slavery should serve as a lesson to us so as not to repeat the same mistakes of the past. Let us enter into the new covenant cleansed from all filthiness and keep ourselves clean and sanctified. Let's get to know our God from the smallest to the greatest. He will forgive our iniquities, and remember our sins no more. Excellent Saturday. Amen Alain Louz.-
