Theme: "God provides for our needs."

Text: 2 Corinthians 8:9

9. For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that for your sake, though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, that you through his poverty might be rich.

Let us remember:

Poverty does serious damage in the world. The material and financial poverty that we see is nothing compared to that which is spiritual and emotional because the latter ravages even the rich of this century. And yet, Jesus did not let himself be ravaged by poverty whatever it was, just to give us the most stable foundations. God, by sending his beloved Son Jesus Christ, knew that he was stripping him of his glory and his wealth; although he gave it back to him at the end of his mission. By dispossessing him of his riches, God gave them to us so that we could be rich and get out of our legendary poverty. However, we Christians do not come into possession of our blessings that are already available and that we must go and take from God. Our need had already been provided for thousands of years ago. It is up to us to be aware of this grace and to come into possession of our wealth. The first wealth to possess is that which is spiritual, it is eternal life. Let us keep in mind that we are citizens of heaven, people of the house of God, heirs of God and co-heirs of Jesus Christ. This wealth cannot be compared to any other because it alone is enough for us to enter where we want since everything belongs to us. God has given us possession of every place that the sole of our feet will tread. Our riches are more valuable if we are obedient to God. Excellent Tuesday. Amen
