Theme: “Two paths, two destinies: choose the right one” Text: Proverbs 12:15-16
15. The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who listens to counsel is wise. 16. A fool immediately shows his anger, but he who conceals an insult is a prudent man.
Let's remember:
A person who accepts the exhortations and practices them is a person seasoned for the right path. She will walk without worrying when she has already received the useful and necessary provisions that mark her path. It is the Lord who is the necessary provision because he lights our path with his Word which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. He who listens to God's advice must let himself be guided by the Holy Spirit. God's advice makes you wise for life because it is the fruit of eternal love. God's guidance is the best choice every Christian must make in order to be spared from crooked ways. God's guidance leads straight to our destiny; especially when we don't oppose it mid-term. The fool follows improper paths and creates trouble in his own life. He lacks wisdom and piles frustration upon frustration because his intelligence is obscured by the advice of the prince of this world. Let us take the time to give advice to the foolish so that they may be saved. Job 12:13. “In God resides wisdom and power. Counsel and understanding are his.” Also Psalms 107:10. "Those who live in darkness and the shadow of death are captives in misery and in chains, 11. Because they reject the words of God, because they despise counsel of the Most High." A fool gets angry easily and sometimes without good reason. This angry attitude is not a good path, it is not a good choice. Let us choose gentleness and our path will be scented with tranquility. Have a great Wednesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
