Theme: “The young girl and entrepreneurship” Text: 2 Thessalonians 3:12-16 (corrected)
12. We invite these people, and we exhort them through the Lord Jesus Christ, to eat their own bread, working peacefully. 13. As for you, brothers, do not be weary of doing good. 14. And if anyone does not obey what we say in this letter, write it down, and have no communication with him, so that he may be ashamed. 15. Do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother. 16. May the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times, in every way! May the Lord be with you all!
Let's remember:
Whoever wants to eat, let him or she work too. We have a duty to work to meet our needs and avoid sinful dependence. Gender is not a reason that could justify idleness. Everyone of mature age must do their utmost to survive. Nonchalance should not characterize the girl, especially in this era of increasing technology. The apostle Paul had information that there were some of the people who lived in disorder, who did not work, but were busy with trivialities. This attitude is not exemplary because it promotes disorder and inactivity. Remaining inactive in the professional field and finding the time to take care of trivialities is an attitude that shows immaturity; an attitude of people who are irresponsible. We invite these people, and we exhort them through the Lord Jesus Christ, to eat their own bread, working peacefully. It is very easy to end up a beggar in such a life. Let's provide advice to young girls who don't like entrepreneurship in order to stimulate them to professional awareness. Let us advise them and support their daily efforts. Let's not discourage them at the risk of putting them out of the game. When a young girl has difficulty adapting to her entrepreneurial tasks, let's come to her rescue and support her action. Let's energize those who seem to be losing courage and re-energize those who have already given up. Have a great Thursday. Amen Alain Louz.-
