Theme: “The young girl and entrepreneurship” Text: 1 Peter 5:5
5. Likewise, you who are young, be subject to the elders. And all of you, in your mutual relationships, clothe yourselves with humility; for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
Let's remember:
When a young girl is in entrepreneurship, she must strive to respect elders, managers, tutors and all those who support her professional project. She must respect everyone who works with her. Elders may be the older people or instructors who bring order and discipline to the organization. Elders can also be retirees who are consulted for their professional experience in this area. In the early church, it was the elders who led the communities. They had the rank and prerogatives of managers, supervisors, administrators, pastors, in short, they were invested with authority which allowed them to ensure the direction of local and sometimes regional communities. Every young girl must show respect towards elders. Young girls exercising responsibilities within the church must be subject to the elders. In addition to respect and submission, they must be humble and receptive to advice from elders. Every time a dose of pride wants to take shape in their thoughts, they will have to oppose it and fight it until it is extinguished. Humility, respect, submission, open-mindedness, listening and everything similar; should be worn by the young girl who is engaged in entrepreneurship. Its success depends on it because God resists everything that is contrary to such a life. Even if creativity is the young girl's strong point, even if she is very gifted, even if she is conquering and quick to do any good work, the young girl must always be humble and polite. She must collaborate well with those around her and all the partners she comes across. Have a great Tuesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
