The fragility of man living outside the precepts of God

Wednesday August 24, 2022

Theme: “The fragility of man living outside the precepts of God» Text: Jeremiah 17:10-11

10. I, the LORD, test the heart, I search the loins, to render to each according to his ways, according to the fruit of his works. 11. Like a partridge brooding on eggs it did not lay, So is he who acquires riches unjustly; In the middle of his days he must leave them, And in the end he is only a fool.

Let's remember:

Let's make our way. Let's take care of our way of being under the sun. Before God, everything is bare and uncovered; nothing is hidden. Before his face, all our works are visible and transparent. He will judge us according to them. What is hidden from the eyes of man is not hidden from God. All ill-gotten gains, all cases of fraud, shoplifting, pickpockets and embezzlement, in short, each culpable scheme is noted in a directory so that nothing is forgotten on the day of judgment. Let us work with our hands and be content with our gain. Let's not try to steal what belongs to others because he himself needs it. Let us not resemble those who live outside the precepts of God because their intelligence is obscured; they are outrageous and thus run to their loss. Let us mark the difference with those who do not serve God and who live outside his precepts; their end will be catastrophic. Excellent Wednesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
