Text: Revelation 1:4-6
4. John to the seven Churches in Asia: may grace and peace be given to you on the part of the one who is, who was, and who comes, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne, 5. and on be part of Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth! To the one who loves us, who has delivered us from our sins by his blood, 6. and who has made us a kingdom, priests for God his Father, to him be glory and power, in the centuries of centuries! amen!

Redemption is a love story; a strong declaration of love from a healthy and holy heart of God the Father, acquiesced by his Son Jesus Christ and endorsed by the Holy Spirit the continuator who is with us; jesus sent us. The love that overflows the heart of God could not bear to see humanity perish, languishing under the yoke of the devil. God has provided himself; He found within himself the One who could give his life to save the world; who could then resume his life to rule forever. Through this love that devours God's heart, we are redeemed through the saving work of Christ. Thus we became a kingdom, priests for God his Father. In reality, Jesus came on a commando mission to deliver us from our sins with his blood. We are dear in the eyes of God; let's be grateful. Excellent Thursday of joy. amen
