May your faith be unshakeable

Sunday October 22, 2023

Theme: “May your faith be unshakeable Text: Isaiah 54:10

10. Though the mountains shall be removed, and the hills shall be moved, yet my love shall not depart from thee, neither shall my covenant of peace be moved, saith the LORD, which hath compassion upon thee.

Let's remember:

This message of assurance and confidence strengthens our faith to make it unshakeable. No agitation should move us since the mighty warrior takes care of our daily challenges. Anyone can abandon us, because nothing is forever. Some parents, children, friends, acquaintances will eventually move away from us, but the Lord will remain close; he will never go away. Mountains and hills can represent the strongest relationships that nothing can shake, such as family or the most sincere confidants. It is that which is higher and better established, that which constitutes our hope. The Lord God invites us into his love. Our faith must not waver like the hills of our human relationships which are full of betrayal and unexpected judgments. In God there is no hypocrisy unlike our families and other friends. God is the foundation of our faith, a sure and truly sincere support. Our faith must not waver because God our provider has made a covenant of peace with us so that we can be calm in our faith. This alliance of peace will never fail. So, let us banish worry, because we have nothing to fear, fear will not approach us. Anyone who gangs up against us will fall under our power. Any weapon formed against us will be of no effect; and every tongue that rises up in righteousness against us, our faith will condemn. All the reasons come together to make our faith unshakeable. Excellent Sunday. Amen Alain Louz.-
