May your faith be unshakeable

Tuesday October 17, 2023

Theme: “May your faith be unshakeable Text: Mark 11:24

24. Therefore I say to you: Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and you will see it fulfilled.

Let's remember:

Pray and wait for God's time, patience will do the rest of the work. We ask for certain things in our thoughts without submitting them in prayer, without talking to God about them. There are others that we want to have without a specific objective, other than just to collect. But if we ask God for things in prayer; we will be convinced to ask for the most important and even urgent things. Since we believe that God never lies, we remain hopeful while waiting to see our prayer bear fruit. During the wait, our faith must remain steadfast. Doubt must not enter into this work. The fear of failure should not also come and play spoilsport. We know that God loves us and his love also helps us to keep trust in Him and make our faith unshakeable. There is no point in praying if we still have to doubt our own prayer. Why doubt our own prayer? Or why doubt God's ability to answer our prayer? If he were not able to hear us, he would not say: Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and you will see it accomplished. We do not grant our requests because our faith is easily shaken. Let us also note our lack of patience which is an enemy of faith. Now we know that he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, tossed by the wind and driven to and fro. Excellent Tuesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
