Theme : " In the arms of the Father " Text : Psalms 139: 1-5

1. Lord! you search me and you know me, 2. You know when I sit down and when I get up, You penetrate my thought from afar; 3. You know when I walk and when I lie down, And you penetrate all my ways. 4. For the word is not on my tongue, but already, O Lord! you know her completely. 5. You surround me behind and in front, and you lay your hand on me.

Let us remember :

To be in the arms of the Father is a symbol of security. Our God knows all the details of our life. He has the very knowledge of what we will do in the years to come. This hymn describes what we experience as we are in his arms. God's watchful gaze is on us. Our deeds and gestures are made in front of his eyes sparkling with love. He sees when we are standing, sitting and even the depth of our thought is not hidden from him. God can count our steps going so far as to trace our course. Before a word leaves our mouth, God already knows it. Our hidden ambitions are exposed before his face. The world is in the hands of God, so we are in the arms of the Father. Excellent Saturday.
