Theme : " I believe in God the Father Almighty "
Text : Psalms 91: 1-8
1. He who dwells under the shelter of the Most High Rests in the shadow of the Almighty. 2. I say to the Lord, My refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust! 3. For it is he who delivers you from the net of the fowler, from the pestilence and its ravages. 4. He will cover you with his feathers, and you will find refuge under his wings; His loyalty is a shield and a breastplate. 5. Thou shalt fear neither the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, 6. nor the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor the contagion that strikes at noon. 7. Let a thousand fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, you shall not be affected; 8. Only with your eyes will you see, and you will see the retribution of the wicked.
Let us remember :
Whoever believes in God remains under the shelter of the Most High. Whoever believes in God lies in the shadow of the Almighty. The Lord is our refuge, our stronghold; He delivers us from the snares of the devil and from all kinds of disease. When we believe in God the Father, he covers us with his feathers, and we find refuge under his wings; we live his fidelity which is a shield and a breastplate. By believing in this almighty God, all fear is dispelled; nothing can frighten us; neither the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day; neither the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor the contagion that strikes at noon. Wherever the threat comes from, it will crumble at the door of our life. So even when a thousand fall by our side, and ten thousand to our right, we will not be hit. When we believe in Almighty God the Father, we are solidly secure; we see the wicked languish under his punishment; we see the enemy fall like lightning. Excellent Tuesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
