Theme: “Growth in faith“
Text: Ephesians 3:14-19
14. For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, 15. from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 16. that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be mightily strengthened by his Spirit in the inner man, 17. so that Christ dwells in your hearts by faith; that being rooted and grounded in love, 18. you may understand with all the saints what is the breadth, length, depth and height, 19. and know the love of Christ, which surpasses all knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Let's remember:
We enjoy many blessings that some Christians of other ages have not experienced. By his grace, God has made us ministers of the gospel; he has favored us to become joint heirs with Christ by forming one body, and by participating in the same promise in Jesus Christ by the Gospel, while we were still pagans. This mystery is enough to rejoice our hearts and remain faithful to God who loves us with a great love; He who makes our faith grow. By this faith, the Lord grants us the freedom to approach Him with confidence in order to contemplate the brilliance of His magnificence. This subject of joy helps to strengthen our faith, since we feel the inner strengthening of said faith. Indeed, by means of his Holy Spirit, God strengthens our interior personality, our faith, our spirit, our soul. It beautifies and refines the spiritual side of our life to increase our faith. It is a work that is done within our life but the results are visible even outside of it. If we allow God to complete this work, then we can behold His profound goodness spread out in length, breadth, height and depth. Excellent Saturday. Amen Alain Louz.-
