Theme : " God will provide " Text : Philippians 4: 10-13
10. I felt great joy in the Lord that you were finally able to renew the expression of your feelings for me; you thought about it, but the opportunity was missing. 11. It is not in view of my needs that I say this, for I have learned to be happy with the state in which I find myself. 12. I know how to live in humiliation, and I know how to live in abundance. In everything and everywhere I have learned to be full and to be hungry, to be in abundance and to be in famine. 13. I can do everything through him who strengthens me.
Let us remember :
Life is made up of moments of joy and moments of pain; stages of strength and fatigue; periods of plenty and others of scarcity. But during all of these cyclical times God provides for our needs. It is enough to know reason to keep; it is enough not to lose your faith; it is enough to devote oneself; you just have to persevere. God is always listening to us; always ready to reach out to meet the challenges of her children. Our faith must not falter nor our minds fail. In joy, God provides equipment for joy that prevents us from losing control of that joy so as not to overstep bounds. Ditto during times of pain; God provides comfort; a leap of faith that will resist pessimism. This is why we must give thanks at all times; during moments of joy like those of sorrow; God will provide; he will always provide. Excellent Wednesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
