Theme: “God loves us»
Text: 1 John 4:6-12
6. We are of God; he who knows God listens to us; he who is not of God does not listen to us: it is by this that we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. 7. Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and whoever loves is born of God and knows God. 8. He who does not love has not known God, for God is love. 9. The love of God has been manifested towards us in that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we may live through him. 10. And this love consists, not in our having loved God, but in that he loved us and sent his Son as an expiatory victim for our sins. 11. Beloved, if God has so loved us, we must also love one another. 12. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God dwells in us, and his love is perfected in us.
Remember:
The sensitive side of God is his love. The Eternal is God because he loves without ceasing. His love is a true and sincere love. It is by this love that he poured out the purity of his soul before the face of the world. The love of God does not suffer from any imperfection. No one can refuel the love of God. This is why his love never wanes, it never fails, it never slackens. It is a rich love; he never got poorer. Unfathomable love. Immutable love. Pure love. Unconditional love. Such love deserves our attention but above all it deserves our support. Let us remain attentive to God's love and send strong signals back to the rock of the ages. Since we are of God, let us listen to Him and listen to His messengers. Let us remain obedient to his Word: it is by this that we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error which is devoid of love. Let's love each other; for love is of God, and whoever loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love has not known God, because God is love. Excellent Wednesday. Amen Alain Louz.-
