Theme: “God Grows the Church“
Text: Mark 4:8
8. Another part fell in the good ground: it gave fruit which rose and grew, and it yielded thirty, sixty, and a hundred to one.
Let's remember:
God is for us the help and the recourse which never fails at all times. It is the fertilizer that helps us to germinate better. It is thanks to Him that we can bear fruit. It is still He who makes our fruit last. It is always He who takes care and maintains our life. God is like good soil that makes the seed grow. It brings to fruition the work of our hand, it qualifies and quantifies our seed. Let us cling to God so that he prepares the ground of our heart to bear good fruits which will grow a hundredfold. If every Christian could be good soil, arable land, the Church would bear fruit worthy of eternal life. Let us be receptive to the blessings of God when he prepares our hearts to receive the seed of his Word. Let's not add toxic inputs that could stifle good church growth. Let's not lay the Church fallow but let's follow the directions of her Head. Let us always be ready to obey; ready to bear fruit with care. Let us tend our soil by watering it with the Word of God daily and always. Let us renew our commitment to love God and to follow him every day of our earthly life so that our contribution to the growth of the Church may be the joy of our Master Jesus Christ. Excellent Friday and good start into the weekend. Amen Alain Louz.-
