Theme : " Fear the coming judgment "
Text : Obadiah 1: 13-15
13. Do not enter into the gates of my people in the day of their ruin, nor feed your sight of their calamity in the day of their ruin, and lay not your hand on their riches in the day of their ruin. 14. Do not stand at the crossroads to exterminate its fugitives, And do not deliver up its escapees in the day of distress! 15. For the day of the LORD is near upon all the nations; As you have done it will be done to you; your works will return to your head.
Let us remember :
The judgment of God will concern all the earthly work accomplished under the sun during our pilgrimage. The dead works that plague our life will be combed through in order to judge them. The scams, the killings, the insults, the bruises, the slander, the slander, the adultery, the lack of compassion, the infidelity, the selfishness, the drunkenness, the pride, the betrayals, the theft, the malice in short, all evil committed will be judged. God will be impartial and without mercy on sinners. Now is the time for everyone to change and come back to God; while there is still time. Let us take advantage of the mercies which the Lord grants us and let us turn away from evil. Now we have a lawyer, Jesus pleads our case with God the Father. On the day of judgment, Jesus will become the judge who will list all the evil works that condemn our passage on earth. Let’s repent. Excellent Friday and good entry into the weekend.
