Theme : “ Being a role model for other children ” Text : 1 Corinthians 4:16-17

16. I conjure you then, be my imitators. 17. For this I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord; it will remind you what are my ways in Christ, how I teach everywhere in all the churches.

Let's remember:

A person's good conduct may be subject to teachings to serve as a testimony. The best preaching is not that which is given by a good speaker; aligning lexicon, phraseology, exegesis, Aramaic, historical research and other linguistic standards. The best preaching is by example; it is the result of putting into practice, by oneself, the things that one teaches. If the faith of a people can be built upon the testimonies of their ministers of God; on the contrary, one can destroy a congregation out of spite, following the execrable testimony of the leaders who direct it. Let's be role models. Let's not leave bad traces on our journey. If our true behavior is biased in front of ordinary mortals, God will reveal it in broad daylight because nothing is hidden before his face. That's why let's avoid false piety, false modesty, facade humility… which attract the gaze of humans at the same time as they attract the wrath of God. Excellent Sunday. Amen Alain Louz.-
