Theme : “ Being a role model for other children ”
Text : Romans 12:1-2
1. I therefore urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which will be your reasonable worship. 2. Do not conform to the present age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind, so that you discern what is the will of God, what is good, pleasant and perfect.
Let's remember:
Every child of God must be a replica of Jesus Christ. The world would be better if Christ reflected in us. Evil works are more visible than good ones. Out of 10 good works done and 2 bad ones, people will remember only the 2 bad ones. Therefore, offer our bodies as a sacrifice to God. Let us make our life a pleasant worship; knowing that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; it is the seat of praise; it is the inn of Jesus Christ. One cannot give to God a sacrifice having a defect or a stain. The sacrifice that God accepts must be holy and wholesome. Any sacrifice that is acquired by the devious way is an abomination to the Lord. However, the children of God make the exploit to offer, at the same time, their body to God and to the pleasures of this world (devil). We blow hot and cold, two-sided Christians: lukewarm. May each child of God renew his intelligence by means of the Holy Spirit in order to always discern the will of God among several choices. All the tools have been given to us to enable us to lead a life of consecration to God. It is enough to obey the voice of God and appropriate these tools. Excellent Thursday. Amen Alain Louz.-
