Theme: “Be filled with the Holy Spirit” Text: Luke 11:9-13
9. And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 11. Which father among you will give a stone to his son if he asks him for bread? Or, if he asks for a fish, will he give him a snake instead of a fish? 12. Or, if he asks for an egg, will he give him a scorpion? 13. If then, wicked as you are, you know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.

May 27, World Evangelization Day 2023 edition. This day is celebrated on the last Saturday of May. It is a day that dedicates Christians to sharing the gospel in order to spread eternal life in this perverted world. It's about sharing the gospel, even to one person, despite what everyone does every day. This is how God pours out his Spirit on us to fill us with it. The Holy Spirit is God's answer to those who want to advance in his work. There are some who do not advance for lack of a driver. The Holy Spirit is the best leader of all ages; he is the excellent teacher of all time. And when we lack maturity in all areas of life, ask God to fill us with the Holy Spirit and maturity will be our lot. Do we want to be filled with the Holy Spirit? it suffices to request it from God. Some Christians never ask God to fill them with the Holy Spirit. Having the Holy Spirit is a good thing, but being filled with the Holy Spirit is an excellent feat that God accomplishes in us. One who has the Holy Spirit may or may not make it operational, depending on the life he leads. He will have peace, joy, love of neighbor and of God. It's already good. But he who is filled with the Holy Spirit, he burns with the fire of God, he is very active, conquering, engaged in missionary work, does not support stationary life, he advances day after day under the guidance of the Spirit, he shares the gospel and practices it; in short, he allows himself to be led by the Holy Spirit.
